Quality sleep is essential for well-being vitality, and life. 


Sometimes overthinking and trying to fix problems at night just before going to sleep, or even waking in the night and overthinking is detrimental to sleep. This can lead to anxiety, depression, a weakened immune system, and even memory loss. Equally, anxiety and depression can lead to sleep problems. It can become even more difficult to sleep when this happens on a regular basis, and can turn into fear. We then become worried that we won’t be able to get to sleep, and that can lead us to being more anxious and alert.

Hypnotherapy and NLP are amazing tools to help with sleep problems. Usually one or two sessions and massive effects are realised. Unlike sleep medications, hypnotherapy has no side effects too.
